I'd say joining raddle is a good start to doing something....maybe.
If you don't have suitable land for growing, find some! Plenty of guides out there for guerilla farming.
Personally, I don't have a network either. It rather exists and I haven't found it yet or its nonexisidtant. But I am doing banner drops, flyering, graffiti, anything to get the word out.
It's not much to bringing down the system but its enough to keep you sane. The hope is to bring out the other anarchists in your area, let them know they aren't alone.

Depression is a killer (literally and metaphorically). I don't want to overstep my boundaries and provide some sort of "cure-all," I'm not an expert in mental health, but what helps me is being active and doing things. it takes me a while to build up my courage, or fight through my depression-fog, but once i do break out of it, and drop that banner, it is the greatest feeling in the world.
We are here for you.

Yeah I farmed on an empty lot for years before I bought land. The trees I planted on it are still covered in fruit every year long after I abandoned it.

I would start with getting and riding a bike, even if where you live may be difficult to bike everywhere you want quickly, at least you can get somewhere. also spending more time outdoors using your body in the sunlight, and cooking and eating well, will help you feel better (and help to fend off covid). look for gardening projects in your area, or diy practice some other hands-on skill set that is offline. anything that makes you less dependent on money, big boxstores, and the internet, is going to help any anarchist practice.

Being outside is key.
Camping is another good hobby.

Id say thats a good start. no sarcasm intended. I only say that because, unlike the Chomsky-followers, I find anarchy incompatible with politics. have you considered engaging, or interacting, with projects you find interesting? or starting your own?
that sounds like a question for you. what do you want to do?
