If your willing to get yourself in the territory of "Fucked up in the head" , there's something I whipped up in a detailed file I "Accidentally" left in the open labeled "Sister's boyfriend". the plan itself was intimidation enough, he went from "She calls me daddy too" to "I'll have her home by 9, sir!".

under the assumption this rapist is a straight male, I'll give the abridged version since some details are based on certain variable. Kidnap them, knocking them out makes it easy, tie them up gagged and hanging in a gay bar bathroom with a blindfold with a sign with some message saying something like "I just came out, now I want anal" around their neck, basically give consent in their place, might have to pretty them up a bit. if your daring or just hurting for cash, leave a tip jar next to them. they'll be running train on him for hours. the place might be more than alright with looking the other way if they don't know the details. a web gag so their mouth can be used and nobody feels the need to remove it or something locked would be optimal. the things you can buy online are vast.

this is more malicious revenge than justice, but I don't know your situation.

if you ballsy enough to kill a cop, wait for it to get dark, go to a parked cop car, check if anyone in it or nearby, get a boltcutter and cut the brake hose next to a random wheel, you can do the opposite wheel to make sure it work. more sinister method is to cut the hose half way through, when the cop drive on low speed it will not affected but when they are on highway that require hard brake, the hose will break and tada.

research before you do anything, there are mechanic manuals online, read them, and practice before you do anything.

if you don't mind about traveling bit far, many people trade with local bitcoin, there are still services that accept cash. in the states some ATM still allow cash transfer for bitcoin. check Coin ATM Radar (and yep some services do not require ID)

Prob shoplifting:

But if you get into ORC (organised retail crime), then you'll get a few years (say 2 - 5) bolted onto your sentence (depending upon your country).

Def avoid anything to do with: violence, drugs, or burglary.

Personally, I'd try to make a stack of cash then use that for legit shit (like starting your own buisness).

I don`t have any personal expierence but I've read about how selling lifted books can be good. Lots of Books can go for $15-20 a pop and shoplifting from Barnes and Noble is fairly easy.

I'd suggest you head over to f/Shoplifting and look into doing walkouts, especially if you live in the US (which it sounds like you do because healthcare isn't free). That would probably alleviate some of your burden.

Sex work is another option. Depending on your gender presentation you'd have access to various different kinds. There might be some set up cost but it's often good money.

as long as their boss isn't also a piece of shit dudebro. if they do it like this, though, they can open themselves up for further confrontation alone. the flyering brings it into the open so more people know about it. as mentioned, it does more than just name and shame them, it also helps to warn others so they can protect themselves. but this is obviously going to be whatever they're comfortable doing.

if you're not able/willing to go with a physical confrontation, flyer the fuck out of their neighborhood, work place, communities they frequent. this doesn't just name and shame that piece of shit but it also warns others to be wary of them and serves a twofold purpose. put the name of their boss and work number/email around as well so people can contact them. make their life unlivable, uncomfortable, painful and confrontation with what they are and what they've done unavoidable.

This is basically my thought also. Not necessarily flyers - you can also call their place of work and tell the bosses and get them fired. If the bosses do nothing about it then you can go online ect and talk about how there is a rapist and that the whole establishment they work at is complicit. It's been effective for me before.

what about the rapist? talks a little about this but they're vague on what they specifically did other than saying they caused the rapist pain and that they would never feel safe again even in their own homes.

there are some more zines that talk specifically about this too. I have only read the broken tea pot before and am currently working through betrayal which they make some suggestions. a lot of the other zines talk about prevention which is good but it doesn't help for something that has already happened.

Even though this was not the answer I wanted to hear when I posted the thread, it is still valuable info. Thank you so much for your time.

Apparently it is easy enough to have these numbers changed so they are not particularly valuable info anyway. One of my babydaddies used a fake one for the duration of our marriage (and most likely coparenting as well) and never got caught.

Not going to pursue this so please use your own brains and research skills.

Thanks again for the wishes, alex_, and it does make a difference. I wish I could come back with the update I want to write and all y'all want to read.

The perp's still at large so you'd better be real scared if you have kids and let them eat vegan food or play libre video games.

I want to come back with my old username and tell all y'all that everything worked out okay. Maybe someday I will. All y'all give me hope that my youngest has a good head on his shoulders, everything I could give him, and everything that collective "you", the young people I choose to have in my life and chose to mentor him., could give him as well.

My kid needs to come home. He's only eleven years old but he's big enough and smart enough that he could probably pass for eighteen if he had to.

Offing the perp isn't going to help my kid at this point if my kid is still alive.

Not really, but when you break in you have to assume that you tripped a silent alarm and you might have 5 mins (depending where the squad cars are at) to work with.

Personally, I find burgarly isn't worth it. We have tough sentences here (and they can link you to other jobs, thus getting more jail time). I'd stick to low risk crimes that attract low times!
