What do you mean by, "guitar appreciation guide"?

Though I think info on maintaining guitars is one thing I want to put on there. and yeah some basics and book reccomendations is another thing I might do.

That could be really cool. Probs need to some research and get help from folks to cover genres I am less knowledgable in. But could be a worthy project.
