I ran across a classical guitarist that was transcribing Metallica pieces to the guitar. He consistently performs in a catholic church in his videos (or maybe its Lutheran I don't know). Kind of funny.

You also have rodrigo y gabriela which are a couple metalheads turned flamenco players. Not my favorite guitarists but they have some fun stuff.
