Eh there's nothing I'd really miss except the music, but then all the music uploaders will go somewhere else and I'll follow.

What would you miss? I don't feel like YouTube provides an invaluable service to us so the loss of it wouldn't be that bad. If they follow the Hulu route it seals the deal quite quickly for me.
