I'm by no means an expert on opsec. I've been working in computer information systems for quite a few years now, but security is really more of a hobby for me. That being said, I think I'm more knowledgeable than the average user, and after multiple requests from people around Raddit and me learning how to make wiki pages, I've decided we should have a general guide to computer security.

Please contribute to it. This website, this sub, and leftism in general is always a community effort, and any help I can get is very much appreciated. However, don't go overboard. It's meant to big a basic primer for someone looking to get started. If you have a deeper topic, make it it's own wiki page.
