Actually, I don't think it is. The licence seems to be in contradiction with the Open Source Definition (precisely points 1 and 6).

Yea, that's true.
TL;DR the license: It's libre software (including selling, modifying, redistributing) for everyone but bourgies (capitalist owned-and-managed companies).
Worker-owned co-ops and individuals are explicitly given all of the Open-Source definition (and Free Software definition)'s rights.
