This PMD98 Music Macro Language compiler. While the DOS assembly source is available, it doesn't seem to be free software/open-source

EDIT: I had to use a url shortener because the original url is tripping some banned words/phrases list for some reason

Neat to know tho that Microsoft actually made MS-DOS (at least up to v2.0) free software, I thought it's just source-available but still nonfree

You also can download the compiled version (MIT license). Anyway, it has only academic use. Currently there are a lot of PCs, ofered without OS, only with FreeDOS. It can be a fork.
