Feigned Cannabis Link

The perpetrators of my harassment would often attempt to misconstrue my use of cannabis as the underlying source of what I was experiencing. My own family held the laughable delusion that everything I was describing would go away if I merely stopped consuming cannabis.

For example, I would hear intense spikes of ultrasonic noise upon merely turning on my Volcano, or from sitting in front of the vaporizer and grinding flower and prepping the screened chamber for use, before consuming the vapor.

This behavior was an attempt to manipulate me away from consuming cannabis, with the implication that the harassment would stop if I stopped vaporizing.
The juxtaposition was also an attempt to convince third parties, neighbors, and responding authorities that what I was experiencing was being caused by the psychoactive I was consuming, when that was a blatant falsehood and an attempt to victim blame someone that was merely consuming a substance of which the perpetrators disapproved. No doubt the perpetrators successfully painted themselves as "trying to help", when they were knowingly attempting to cast doubt about their own harassment tactics.

Considering that I reside in the recreational cannabis legalized state of Washington, this behavior would seem to implicate federal authorities and/or backwards religious followers, as my consumption was both legal and ethical.

I have abstained from cannabis use for months as of 6/2018, and as I've always insisted, nothing has changed in regards to my harassment, so I will be resuming my cannabis vaporization and consumption. Upon writing this paragraph I was hit with an intense ultrasonic spike of noise.

Upon reading this, one should see that the perpetrators/operators of these technologies have created false data points in relating cannabis consumption to schizophrenia. When the technological means to harass cannabis consumers with manufactured auditory illusions exists, clinical psychologists are being fooled into believing there's a link between purported "auditory hallucinations" and THC, when there is clear data tampering taking place.
Future psychological studies involving cannabis must be conducted in electromagnetically shielded facilities, or their results and correlations must be thrown out. The other option is to remove cannabis from DEA scheduling, as it is currently being used to justify outrageous systematic behavior.

Impersonation

Random bystanders and third parties within proximity of a target, can themselves be temporarily/one-off targeted by the neurofeedback/psychotronics network's electromagnetic pulses, to generate a real-time auditory illusion, where the bystander or third party hears a fabrication, coming from the direction of the target (using DSP head-related transfer functions -- most home audio/video receivers have "SRS" capability built-in, and many video games use "QSound" -- which essentially gives the perpetrators a full 3D field of sound to work with, while only requiring two channels, an individual's left and right cochlea), with content that is intended to incite violence, fear, or reputation undermining, because the bystander is expected to confront a target with what they heard, or relay what they heard to their friends/family/associates.

Most people have no knowledge or exposure to these technologies, so they are unable to understand that what they heard, did not, in fact, come from a target's vocal cords -- and they did hear it, as it was evoked with electromagnetic pulses targeted at their cochlea, creating real incoming audio in their auditory cortex (even though it was completely manufactured by technology).
This is not a hallucination, even though no one else could hear it (yet sometimes multiple bystanders are targeted at once, and would be able to back up the other 'ear witness', when again, the target did not utter anything in reality).

For example, if a target was silently walking down the sidewalk, and passed by a muscular individual who belonged to an ethnicity/creed that historically had tensions with the target's own ethnicity/creed -- the muscular individual could be made to hear (via precise electromagnetic pulses) an ethnic slur coming from the direction of the target (usually over the shoulder, where they can't reasonably see the target's mouth not moving), with the operators/perpetrators hoping that the manufactured transgression would be enough to escalate to a violent confrontation, where they expect bodily harm to come to the target.

Whether or not a target is speaking or silent, the perpetrators have the means to MITM/MOTS the monitored neurofeedback channel, and create what they purport to be a target's speech or pre-speech (which can in reality be extracted via a remote neurofeedback/psychotronics network, however what is supplied to VIPs is usually heavily doctored), or wholly fabricated if there are sufficient audio samples to work with, which is far more common as it's far more damaging to the target's reputation, as literally any input string can be claimed to come from the target.

For example, an operator/perpetrator could demonstrate to a VIP, that a target is being 'monitored', while in reality, what is being peddled as the target's pre-speech (or 'thoughts'), is actually being fabricated by an intelligent program, that creates an 'internal monologue' from the surrounding environment, where an everyday action such as turning your head to look at a dog passing by, would evoke an impersonated MITM 'pre-speech' audio output of something absurd and intensely offputting like "I'd like to smell that dog's butthole", when in reality, the target has thought nothing at all, or perhaps "I had a dog that looked just like that", which was replaced in real-time.

Juxtaposition

In the context of having remote neural monitoring tampered with, which could be described as a neurofeedback/psychotronics abuse triangle (or hinged V topology) -- where a target is one corner (or hinge), remote monitoring operators are a second corner (or first spoke), and a tampering perpetrator is the third corner (or second spoke):
Often attempted when a target is viewing television, a movie, or other media that can be pre-processed, a third party perpetrator will use discreet electromagnetic pulses to stimulate a target's sex organs, at intensely inappropriate moments in the show/film/advertising, in order to claim sexual arousal (where none is present in reality), which is intended to tamper with the remote telemetry and give those monitoring the impression that a target is sexually attracted to a set of themes, which are selected specifically because they are widely repulsive and reputation destroying.

For example, by cataloging precisely when a character is brutally murdered in a series, a tampering third party perpetrator would choose to electromagnetically pulsate a target's sex organs right when the death happens on screen, leading those that are remotely monitoring (and seemingly unaware of the tampering) to believe that the target has a pronounced snuff fetish, which has been wholly fabricated.

Markov Chain Misconstruals

1

mike425 wrote

Most often this tactic is used when there is a floor or wall between the target and another occupied room, and the target is vocalizing a sequential list.
Markov chains have essentially been weaponized into automatic misconstrual generators, giving the capability of creating the illusion of a target addending a list of items with vile, ridiculous, and damaging fabricated suffixes.
For example, if you were responding that you "only have a couple speeding tickets" on your record, the input string (via BCI) is recognised as a good candidate for the addition of "..and I founded a cult, and built a doomsday device", or whatever addition is deemed to be the most caustic to the target's reputation, given the intended audience.
The illusion is manufactured to sound like the target was merely continuing their thought with some additions, while the additions were wholly fabricated, and covertly delivered to the unsuspecting bystander via neurofeedback network.

The intent is to get the target to defend themselves from "what the neighbor is hearing", and the overall process attempts to generate vocal outbursts and unrest from auditory illusions generated from covert electromagnetic pulses. The outbursts are then used to insinuate that the target has a guilty conscience about any subject of the perpetrators choosing.
For example, you hear your neighbor "talking about xyz", while in reality they have not said a thing -- you have been goaded into saying "xyz" with no apparent precursor, which is highly suspicious to any observer.
