I know this community is pretty small and rarely active (at least so far but hopefully that'll change) but it'd be cool if any of yall wanna get a discussion going about the actions you're involved with in real life or online. I'm a strong proponent of a harm reduction/educational approach (just say "know" instead of the just say no philosophy, and a no judgment attitude towards those who use/consider using drugs no matter how soft or hard) which I feel like most of you would agree with. On the topic of mass incarceration, how do you or would you go about confronting such a behemoth? I get really down thinking about that issue. Fighting for drug policy reform? Local fundraising efforts to help kids out with legal fees? Idk, it all seems so abstract and hopelessly frustrating

i'm with you that having Narcan/nalaxone and knowing how to administrate it should be more common. it's such a easy thing--training takes 5 minutes tops. i too opted for the nasal spray cuz when it comes down to it i think i'd be too freaked out to administer an injection to someone.
