it depends how they do meth and fent. Fent is a liberal boogeyman like ar-15s right now. It isn't just a drug u take and die. Sure its harmful, but like so what; its their business. This is a drug forum about doing drugs, its really weird to hop into drug spaces and start proselytizing someone. Especially when u don't even really understand how harmful said substances are. I mean if they asked that would be one thing, but you're just acting like a annoying preacher right now.
Okay me being mean is over. I totally understand how it feels like shit when it looks like people are going down harmful self harming paths. But also, people need to decide to help themselves and to do that they need to have space to find themself. And if all the spaces they talk about themself just talk down to them and order them what they should do they never have space to think for themself. Not to mention isolation for people who have more stigmatized drug habits, eating disorders or self harm is often caused by anytime they open up, they get talked over and never have space to just exist.
So for people with these stigmatized coping mechanisms the only pace to be themself is to be in spaces which often encourage greater harm. Liberty is a pain like this. If you really want something and try to force it often times you just intensify the problem. But its not until you let go and let people be that what you wanted "them to be happy and healthy" happens.
Hopefully I don't come off as attacking you as I have felt the same way as you before. But I think this urge to always give advice and encourage people to do what you or I think is best; is an inclination that shouldn't be given energy. Now, if someone asks for help absolutely give advice, but the poster wasn't asking. I think governments and parents have shown pretty well by now that wagging your finger at people telling them they are killing themself and telling them what to do causes actual practical harm. For drugs, ED and self harm.
But also its important to care and want the best for strangers, its something that is important to have. So by no means do I want to come down on you to hard. Your heart is in the right place. But moralist comments like this aren't something I think is beneficial to anyone.

That sounds dangerous. I'm no expert, but maybe psychedelics should come next. I have heard a lot about them being used for addiction-- not so much for opioids though, as the physical dependence has to be difficult. Maybe you can do a little more research, although I am sure many here would be willing to help look if you aren't well enough. As always, Nature is healing to the mind, and if you aren't already it might help to go and sit or walk in a natural and unbothered place, or the best you can find. I know that I feel pain less in an environment like that.I'm not deleting that part, but Lettuceleafer has called me out for trying to change a situation I don't fully understand. So I will revise it: to me it sounds like you are unhappy with this, and if that is the case then we can give what support we can should you need it.
