I'm going to create a little log of my substance use throughout the days, and I'll update ITT periodically. Perhaps others, can also join ITT with their own logs, if you are interested. Let's not clog up the forum with this in a bunch of different threads for each day, though, lol

Certainly, I also enjoy phenibut for getting into that mood. Nothing really beats the taste of chamomile tea however
