It's hard to say when the treshold to cyberpunk life is passed.
Is sitting in a basement, running your own diaspora/mastodon instance and eating soylent enough? Do you need a magnet in the finger, and is it enough to call yourself a cyborg? Is it important that you didn't pay for music, movies, games for years and keep pirating everything?
A lot of stuff is obviously not yet technically possible. It's hard to develop a VR addiction if there is no brain/internet interface yet.
There are no rules - it only matters how you describe yourself. So, what are aspects of your daily life, which you could call cyberpunk?
