i did similar dirt to The Unique. think i was like 3/4 thru and was just like lemme just peek at Stirner's Critics since everyone talks about it like it's the official prima strategy guide. how u likin it PIE2?

As always for texts that old I do not understand some of the historical references or context Stirner refers to, but he explains it thoroughly enough and it is footnoted adequately enough for me to feel like I am not missing much. I will reserve my full opinion on the text till I am through reading it though.

I will say I am glad it is written like it is. It pains me getting through the work of some authors simply because their writing style is so monotonous and devoid of life. An perfect example of this situation is a book like A People's History of the United States. While I got through it and it has many useful things to tell, it does it in such a monotonous way. I much prefer books written in the style of War Against All Puerto Ricans, and hope to see more of that style in the future.
