Those are RF tags.

In theory if you put a metal sticker over the antenna (the spiral part) it will detune it enough that it will stop it working. Something like this https://www.amazon.com/RECAPS-Aluminum-Espresso-Compatible-Nespresso/dp/B072QVZYDD/

Let me know if you try it.

Where can I learn more about RFID blocking?

These are actually RF, not RFID tags (common mistake). RF tags are much dumber and simpler, to keep costs down. I don't know if there are any sites that talk much about blocking them, but wikipedia has a good section on them https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electronic_article_surveillance#Radio_frequency_systems

It looks like a regular RF tag with Alien RFID. One is for signal relay, the other is for inventory.

Might need to buy something with this tag to test out several blocking techniques.

Wow, you're right, I didn't even realize there were two of them... I imagine the RFID tag doesn't trigger the EAS alarm, only the RF one, but only one way to know. If you do experiment let me know, I'm curious.

If you can get two of the same item each with this type of sticker in same place and place them together so that the stickers are lined up perfectly on top of each other the signal is canceled out and will not set the alarm. I’ve done this many many times with small items that I could basically just put a rubber band around to hold them together and still conceal and it has never failed me. Plus u get 2 instead of 1!
