No, my store has steak, shrimp, sushi, break, cold cuts, bacon, cheese and other random items that have a sensor in them.

Some stores do have tags but Walmart normally doesn't because even if you steal food and get caught once make it out the store they can't do anything because they can't restock or sell food that has left the store for example if you return a food item they have to throw it away
