It doesn't take that long really. Go to dollar store get a track phone and vanilla visa card. You'll be up and running in an hour tops. Hope you have a good VPN too. With each phone # you can make two accounts one with the phone and another with Google voice.

Let me see if I can find a good resource to buy. Ask pin is good and black hat world.

Yeah you'll want to register the card in the fake address zip code. But get a bank account so PayPal will be verified and you can sell more without them asking for Id

Also I always have to call eBay initially to get them to let me sell. Not sure why. But use your TracFone and tell them you are selling personal items and all is good.. verified for $5000 every month. Remember don't go over 400 until you get a bank account .. but once you do you are gold.

Not if you want to do stealth and avoid them getting linked. But... If you open a savings and checking that works as two bank accounts for two PayPal's.
