CVS is easy because there are no mirror walls in my area. I would be a little hesitant otherwise.
Lifting every week would get suspicious. I wait at least 3 months for the big stores like Walmart and Target and 1 month for smaller stores. I know this way I am not on their radar and they don't get used to seeing me.

Do you know anything about self checkout? Like if someone consistently hit at self checkout and scanned lets say 25% - 50% of the items, but subtlety, would that be a good route?
