My first thought on your country was Japan, but Mexico and Costa Rica apparently work a lot as countries too, and South Korea was also up there.
I can imagine being very lonely in South Korea - don't know a lot about culture in Mexico.
Apart from loneliness, do you enjoy your life and your spare time?

Hobbies, sport, study, political/environmental/charitable interests... minimize your time spent online :)

If I don't use the internet, how can I met some people share the same interest as me? If I use the internet, the only place can meet new people is Facebook.:(
I live in a place similar to South Korea, people even don't know the names of their neighbor in whole life.

Minimizing internet use doesn't mean to stop using it completely. Use the internet to find people that you can keep meeting in real life.
I think real human interaction is healthy even if people do not share many of your interests. If you have one interest in common, perhaps that's enough to begin a friendship.
Good luck.
