I recall a scandal that lasted all of 24 hours from batteries just being sent to Africa to be recycled by slaves, but never heard any followup on it. Are they actually working on tech for it or are they just gonna keep that up?

Anti-civilization anarchism arose out of an agreement with anarcho-primitivism's analysis that structural oppression and environmental destruction are largely a result of civilization, but it rejects many primitivism's proposed solutions as unworkable (at least in the near-term). Anticiv also recognizes that civilizational collapse is likely, but doesn't necessarily work to bring it about.
