Why you hate Islamabad? It is great city. I live there. It is not bader for being capital city. And also being in Madrid, and I like. Why you think other cities/village more good?

Capital refers to wealth (money or property), not to capital cities :)

There's also a good (but unrelated) reason to hate capital cities because they represent nation states and the borders associated with them.
