Just wondering if any of you have found good resources on eating vegan while pregnant? My partner and I found out she's pregnant last night and she has been transitioning into eating vegan over the past month or so, but we're new to veganism and we've never gone through a pregnancy while vegan, so have any of you gone through this? Do you know of any sources of info that would be helpful in meal planning to make sure that she gets the vitamins and minerals and nutritional stuff she needs?

There's some good content out there....but i dont remember the name. A womam started a resource in britain for vegan pregnancy and child rearing. There's a really good website and podcast....just dont remember the name. They give details on a lot of nutrition and meals and supplements.

Go up to Forums then click Create Forum underneath the view options. You wouldn't have seen it up until now because you'd slipped through our sights and had not been marked as a trusted user.

Or actually you can skip that and click this.

It's not a big deal. Just eat b12 and everything will be fine.

I make really good popcorn seasoning with it.

3 parts yeast, 1 part lawry's seasoning salt, .5-1 part (depending on spicy tolerance) equal mix of dried peppers (chipotle, guajillo, and new mexico chile). So damn good.
