Was jw whether any of yk how easy it is to find as I might be travelling from the uk to some other european country in a while (but my non-vegan friends and I haven't decided on which one yet). It'll be my first time going to one since going vegan and I've heard there's a lack of vegan options in (at least some) other ones compared to the uk.
Hopefully I can persuade them to go to the one with the most vegan options haha

i've traveled through europe before while i was raw vegan, it wasn't hard at all. just went to a shop, bought a bag of salad, some cherry tomatoes, a cucumber and an avocado or some olives and mixed it up. instant meal. then I picked fruit from park trees (especially figs in southern europe) and in spring there are wild mallows, mustards, nettles and so on growing everywhere
if you're cooking, it's just as easy, just buy a bag of rice or beans at any market and whatever veg is in season, then cook it up
you don't need to buy processed meals with 100 ingredients when you travel
