I mean it's probably not the best choice to argue with "moral"

I was not on reddit the other day so I didn't see any of this happening but when there's posts like this a lot of people from veganarchism or whatever that sub is flood /r/@ so they were banned for brigading.

is it not possible that veganarchists are also subbed to /r/anarchism and it’s not a case of brigading but just a crossover of userbase? how do you determine who is brigading? anyone who is vegan gets banned? i’m subbed to both. if i commented, would i have been banned?

Of course it's possible that veganarchists are also subbed at anarchism. That isn't the problem.

Brigading is determined by checking comment histories. If you've never posted a comment to @ except in a post about veganism to call other anarchists fascists then you're participating in a brigade.

I'm not going to answer about what would have happened if you'd posted a comment because I'm not going to engage in hypotheticals.

I checked into the post histories of all the folks who were banned (there are actually not that many) for brigading the other day and most of them had never participated in Anarchism at all except for their comments on that single post. The person whose comment you quoted here was banned for brigading but really it should have been for ableism.
