I was about to argue that you'd be mistaken about veganism mainly being a healthy diet, and that you'd be wrong about vegans suggesting that the major injustice is the poor health of humans eating other animals ... except that is what vegan pescetarian Adams is apparently saying.
Adams is not comparing mass incarceration of non-humans to mass incarceration of humans, and so I find his comparison really distasteful.
So this guy is a black american, and not even vegan, yet he thinks that food justice is more important than police/prison reform? Peak liberalism.
Also this isn't very relevant to f/Vegan, its the type of shit that carnist leftists use to smear us as liberals who care more about animals than people.
