Get a spiral slicer (either manual or electric) and put a white courgette (zucchini) or cucumber through it to make raw spaghetti. Then flavor with chili powder, seeds, tomato, basil or oregano, or whatever else you have at hand.

Don't use the dark green courgettes raw, they have little hairs on them that will irritate your stomach. You could try peeling them, but in my experience the white/ pale green ones are much better raw. Cucumbers are much easier to digest tho.
