Only a few spiders in my peripheral vision, unfortunately. I've never tried sleep-tripping before, and I don't think I will.

I did, however, fall asleep, dream that I completed all of my homework, and then wake up an hour later to actually complete it.

I remember watching The Ballad of Buster Scruggs while sleep deprived and I greatly recommend it.

It is a great movie to watch like this, the very cinematic (not sure if this is the word, maybe cinematic is about movement) atmosphere is onirical and phantastique.

When I got in this states of sleep deprivation I become confused and my thoughts start to look like dreams in my head, mixing with the surrounding reality, like when you hear the doorbell during a sleep and dream about wartime sirens.

But of the OP is doing this obligated by the Machine™ so it isn't fun.

Take care u/ennui

Why is sleep so hard? It doesn’t help that my bedroom gets very little natural light in the morning. It doesn’t help that is dark at 5pm. There’s still 3 more months of this.

I’m spending too much time on my phone.
