She made incredibly awful decisions, including:
- writing possibly the most white supremacist majority opinion in the history of the US Supreme Court in City of Sherrill v. Oneida Indian Nation of New York, reinforcing the “doctrine of discovery” (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HOktqY5wY4A)
- joining the court’s conservative majority in ruling against environmentalists attempting to stop a natural gas pipeline from being built under the Appalachian Trail (https://www.newsweek.com/ginsburg-breyer-join-conservatives-supreme-court-decision-clear-appalachian-trail-pipeline-1511048)

- refused to retire under Obama because she was too vainglorious and was sure Hillary would win the presidency
