I'm a troll because I don't kiss your ass. I'm just pointing out that you're blaming modern people for what their ancestors did. You're really not very good at pointing the finger at the right people. Should I tell Germans they should feel sorry for killing Jews, even though it wasn't modern day Germans that did it? No. But that's effectively your logic.

settler colonialism is NOT ancient history. settler colonialism is an ongoing campaign. Europeans fucking over indigenous peoples EVERY FUCKING DAY. but I wouldn't expect a shitty reactionary who makes triggered jokes to give a shit about this or anything that doesn't give them personal pleasure or comfort.

Of course they do. They do in Australia as well. I wasn't making jokes either... you clearly need to get out more if you think I'm joking about people being fucked over. I have a lot of empathy for people that are suffering, especially minorities. But I don't delude myself into thinking that I can change people that are racist. Especially not with your attitude, you're not going to change anyone's mind, you're hostile to anyone who doesn't conform to your view and you call them a reactionary. This is your echo chamber to talk to people that agree with you on everything. But your post was about giving up privileges whatever that means, as if that's going to help anyone. I mean I guess if someone is rich then sure, they can pull people out of poverty. Otherwise that's a fat chance. Delusional thinking.

Your debate tactics are godawful. Where did I say anything about wanting to change racists? The fuck are you even objecting to?

it's implied in your question. are you really so obtuse that you can't connect the dots? ok, i'll spell it out for you. you're talking about people giving up their privileges. as we know, white people are the ones generally with privileges. who do they owe them to as colonialists? the native peoples who they stole their land from, for example.
