Star Trek Enterprise Season 3 and the new episode of Star Trek Discovery. Enterprise got really good in the later half of the season. Discovery has had a string of great episodes lately, it's a shame Pike has to leave at the end of the season.

Since i just got the Bluray's in for it this week:

I've watched "Ein Käfig voller Helden" (OT: Hogan's Heroes).

it still facinating me, just how incredible good the german dub of it is and the remastered video is really really good (since i only got some crappy dvd rip i did when the dvd's first came out and due to the 11 years i somehow lost 2 dvds >.<), the audio is still suppirior to the original audio (which is due to the time. Audio quality changed between 1965 and 1992) and it's just such an great fun. One of the few times where i can say, that the german dub is suppirior to any other dub, which is a rarity. most ger dub sucks.

For those who don't know what EKvH is:

It plays in the fictional Stalag 13 in World War 2 Germany. Colonel Hogan and his crew is misusing the War Prison as an underground espionage and sabotage center, who also helps other prisoners of war to escape to london.

Klink, the Oberst who leads Stalag 13, has a perfect record since no prisoner has ever succesfully escape his Prison. Otherwise he isn't the brightest light in the room. Also since the Allies wouldn't bomb a prison, tthe germans are using it to hide high level meetings, VIPs or secret projects.

Feldwebel Schulz, a fat Bavarian, just want's to sit out the war and go back to his normal life. so he just doesn't want any drama. Hogan and his crew abuses this fact and taunt him a little or use him for some shemes.

in general their shemes are ranging from: Stealing, hiding, demantle, reconstructing a Tiger Tank, over making the German Wehrmacht belive that the war is over, to rescuing a french underground agent from the gestapo HQ in Paris.

The Humour, setting, the heavy use of german accents and the general tone of the series make this a must watch for everyone who can understand the german language. 10/10

If you don't, it's still a good comedy, but it just missing the cherry on top. 7/10
