Just fyi, I've noticed that techniques used to control special ed kids in the '70s left us even more vulnerable to this manipulation than "regular class" kids. I don't have proof but do strongly suspect that the effect is even more noticeable among modern day children and teens who have IEPs at school and are receiving psychological/psychiatric model treatment for their special needs.

This may have been printed elsewhere, but the website of a reputable Waldorf school is going to be something your average parent will be more likely to take seriously than medium dot com.

It's a bit much for a parent to take in at one sitting, fyi. I'll repost it in Parenting when I finish reading it and have some time to clarify my own thoughts.
