That may be, but any website which enables people to meet one another (and presumably fuck) is going to be running a huge lawsuit risk just by staying open. I'd argue the risk would be even larger if the law is selectively enforced. Then it becomes a matter of "the harder a website publicly stands up for LGBTQetc. rights, the more likely they are to get hit with a lawsuit or criminal investigation".

I'm not sure the boards of those companies will think the risk is worth it.
