No. Bridges are only used as the "first hop" in the Tor network. They aren't publicly listed, so that it is harder for ISPs and governments to block people from accessing the Tor network. Once their request has made it to the first hop, there is no need for the other nodes to be unlisted after that (in fact, it would be detrimental if they were).

Exit nodes are the "final hop" in the Tor network - they communicate directly with the website the user requested. Because so many people look up illegal things using Tor, exit node operators often face lawsuits, because the web traffic appears to be coming from them. That's why Tor only recommends running an exit node if you have a lawyer and are willing to go to court. Universities and rich people who care about Tor can do this, but ordinary people can't. If they made it so the end user could request for a bridge to turn into an exit node, without that person's permission, that would be horrible, especially if they end up getting sued.
