I wish but it's not feasible for me to go without a phone at this time. Mine just died and it made a load of trouble for my telehealth appointments.

I wish. That might be feasible for some of my doctors but some specialists only do phone or in person. Getting rides to appointments via NEMT requires a phone. What a blessed life you lead.

The amount of spam calls that are more difficult to filter out on landlines makes it so I'd rather do myself bodily harm. Cell phones suck but I already treat mine like a landline (tethered to the wall, generally ignored unless I need to use it.) I wish less things required texts/apps/whatever because then I'd consider a landline or a feature phone.
