To all you guys who think Walmart is a cake walk reddit.com

Only one store has this kind of man power and it isn't target

Every once in awhile we'll get together at a store having severe problems and push it hard.

Shit gets sorted out real quick when you have a dozen people walking the floor 24/7

It's a really fun experience, as long as you're not on the night crew.

each walmart store is different. most are very easy and have only one lp guy who doesn't care much from 6 in the morning to 8 at night. my store had one 6-10. and ya of course id stop people from stealing but didn't see a reason (EVER) to get police involved. employees didn't care at all it seemed

? They don't mention Walmart anywhere in that post. But even if it is Walmart they're working for, that's just what their regional LP does, not necessarily what all of them do.

Please tell me who you think this is then. Even my super targets aren't opened 24hrs

they dint really mention anything about walmart, whatever they are saying its extremely vague. Targets is something else, Target considers themselves more bougie than walmart, but they are just an expensive walmart, with less selections. They are pretty aggressive in pursuing both shoplifting, internal theft. Super targets tend to be on the newer side, and often appear in inner cities. Mall targets are probably the oldest types, but most are turning into supertargets, best place to steal is the full size targets with mall entrances. One target i used to go to, removed 1 of its main entrances, so now customers and shoplifters are funneling in just 1 entrance. Probably targets way of combatting shoplifting to the extreme.

One of my local Wal-Mart's are installing new self checkouts. They look futuristic. May have to stick to pocket stuffing in the changing rooms. I'll know more when they're in operation. Looks like there may be more lp too.

Never said anything about Walmart. Don’t post things that might be true. And second, I doubt that Walmart isn’t a cake walk

Deductive reasoning fails you. Wlamrt is only easy BC its always busy. No store could handle all that business

Yeah, Walmart is easy but you are assuming that the post is talking about Walmart. The only relevant thing they say in the post is that if it’s not their store, it’s not their problem

Your vocabulary fails you. Deductive reasoning.

If you read that sub anyone who gets 20+ apps a month is Walmart lp and anyone who gets one every few weeks is kohls lp. Check your local crime maps to prove me right

Sorry man, but if you aren't sure, don't even speak about it. First, you're not even sure which store they are talking about. Second, community crime maps won't do shit. Any area can vary for their crime rate. Location A for example could have shoplifting cases every day because their LP is shit, but Location B is in a nice neighborhood and there is only 1 shoplifting case per week because they have good LP. You don't know what you're talking about. Third, there's no way to prove what you just stated. There are multiple variables you need to control to know how many people get caught shoplifting in any given area.
