I used to work at one of those stores and have experience with this from lifters coming in. The security caps definitely set off the security towers. I would suggest bringing in like a business book bag you carry like a purse rather than a backpack. The backpack might be fine if you dress like a surfer or exercise guy.

one of those drawstring backpacks, but not a real one, legit backpacks raises too many redflags.

How often would you inventory liquor?

at the store I was at, they only inventoried it once a month. even when there was a group constantly lifting from it in a super brazen fashion (a group of them would keep in , throw stuff in bags, scream at employees and run out) they did this over 8 times and never got caught; and the store wasn't able to immediately figure out all that was taken. Trust me, they don't want to pay the employees good and never hire enough people, so things are disorganized and they don't have enough time to count everything. if you just steal a bottle or two here and there and you pull the inventory forward they won't notice it for a very long time till they inventory it once a month

Was this publix? I'm hesitant to lift there bc they always say how much they like working there. Nothing worse for a lifter than employees who care.

And when you say once a month, was this beginning of the month or end of the month?

walgreens, beginning of month iirc I wouldn't lift from publix, they seem to have good security. walgreens is a cinch and they have almost no security and they pay their employees dirt.
