This isnt about shoplifting, as it much is about stealing other peoples identity, or credit card. I dont want to give advice on something that potentially ruin other peoples credit, or financies.

Yeah this isn't fighting back against corporations, it's crewing over your fellow humans. If the person doesn't notice the charges and doesn't call to get a chargeback then you're just stealing cash from other people who probably aren't much better off than the rest of us :-\

Also by that a huge equifax breach back last year, which people are still investigating and feeling the effects. from what ive heard, they potentially just rack up thousands in items.

Don’t do it, extremely risky especially in the US. You can get identity theft charges for this. If you knew what you were doing you wouldn’t be asking here so i suggest for you not to deal with this

There’s about a 20 percent chance they’ll follow through with tracking you. Not worth the risk. Find an uninhabited house in your area and have it shipped there

Will the shipping services deliver to uninhabited houses. And if they don’t how would I get it?

You wouldn't, but they ship to anywhere you ask. Just make sure the house is in a neighborhood so it isn't suspicious. Also go to a library and do this on their computer. The police will know the exact amount, and the exact time of the transaction and will likely be able to work with amazon to pinpoint the transaction to you. If you use your computer theyll get an ip address and your screwed. Id even ride a bike to the library as they probably have cameras.

Edit: you definitely want to make a fake account on that library computer too. with a fake email created on that library computer. nothing can be traceable. If your using guest sign in I dont think you need an email. that may be the best way to go

Don't... Find a site that uses their own payment processor not PayPal. Amazon telemetry will flag you immediately. Don't card amazon. it won't work and you'll burn your card... Or worse

Just buy a bunch of stuff in a store at the self checkout and sell it. park your car in a nearby shop walking distance from the store.
