Ways to sell stolen goods?

Submitted by Drshoplifter in Shoplifting

I’ve been watching shoplifting documentaries. And a lot of shoplifters get a bunch of things that people need. Like razor blades and toothbrushes. And they sell them to random people on the street for a fraction of the price. Is this possible? Do you have any experience with this? These people are making like 1000 dollars a week.

I stole comics and sold online for a cheaper price. Here in Brazil, some comicbooks are worth 40 to 150 reais (something between 20 and 60 dollars each) and doing so almost every day (in event days/busy days in the stores) I got a monthly profit of almost 3000 reais (or ± 800 dollars) this in Brazil is GOOD MONEY. (minimum wage here is 350 dollars if converted) broken english thx

Now, for security i fraud amazon by the "non-arrival" scam. Got some english omnibus comicbooks worth 500 reais (minimum wage in brazil: 900 reais) and sell them by half the price for collectors in the "brazil-craigslist" etc

I usually use my country's equivalent of craig's list or just eBay. That usually works well. The internet is a good place because nobody will ever really question why you're selling something.

highly unrecommended unless you have connections with people who would come back regularly. Too much risk from multiple points of view. Best way imo? Literally sell on eBay or Craigslist. (Make sure to use an anonymous account) that way you don’t take physical risks nor deal with shady people.(people who buy stolen merch are shadier than those who lift it trust me)

ebay, facebook, amazon is more secure and anonymous. selling on the street potentially puts you in contact with the police.
