They will probably show up at your door. If you're not there, then they probably won't actively pursue you, but they'll leave the warrant for your arrest in place. The next time you get pulled over for speeding, or something like that, they'll search their database for any warrants, and arrest you on the spot if they find one.

If this actually happened, then do not go home for a day or two. Go drive to a park, walk around a bit, and sleep in your car (if you have one). Make sure that your license plate is facing away from the street. From then on, try your hardest not to run into the police. Obey all traffic laws and regulations, so that you don't get pulled over and arrested.

Also, take all of this with a grain of salt, because policies will vary by country/region/police department. Things may be different where you live.
