Race-norming, more formally called within-group score conversion and score adjustment strategy, is the practice of adjusting test scores to account for the race or ethnicity of the test-taker.
The way to do this is similar to what Chris Rock said in "Never Scared." "I don't want to get ahead of someone with a better score than me. But if we tie, FUCK 'EM! You had a 400 year head start MF'er[quoting but wouldnt say myself]."
