You didn't answer my point. The overwhelming majority of people who lose fat gain it back. Point to a treatment program proven to work for over half the patients in the long term.
Until then, you're wasting everyone's time. I'm not going to answer your further comments until you have an answer backed by published, peer-reviewed, repeatable clinical studies.
Are you kidding? You can lose weight and have it stay lost. Its not my fault the average person's poor understanding of nutrition causes them to eat fake health food like coke zero or take on impossible diets that work as short term fix rather than a lifestyle change. Hears a treatment plan, excercise and eat right in a sustainable way.
I know nutrition. I've been to doctors about it. Guess what, asshole? Still fat.
I've stopped caring at this point you guys won or whatever
So then you have a study to back it up. Right?
It's not hard. If I asked whether vaccines save lives you can find proof. if I ask whether antibiotics save lives you can find proof. If I ask whether exercising improves health outcomes you can find proof.
So find me some proof that long term fat loss is possible.
Skinny people. I really dont know what to tell you. I dont know how you think long term fat loss is impossible.
So then dig up a study. It should be easy. Dozens. Hundreds. Thousands. Show me.
