This is a catch all topic for these keywords: "Remote Neural Monitoring", "Havana Syndrome" and "BadBIOS".

The relation among them is that they are all weapons based on electromagnetic waves (radio) used by militaries for covert crimes against civilians on an ongoing total war. While there is some infighting between the operatives with access to these weapons, civilians make up a bigger proportion of casualties.

I will write something bellow to kickstart the topic, but it is not my intention yet to convince lay people of the existence of these weapons, but rather to welcome others in the known to cross-check findings.

Electromagnetic Spectrum Dominance

Anyone within range of phone radio towers is under total surveillance by advanced military covert radars.

Remote Neural Monitoring captures everything in their brains and their body movements, while Havana Syndrome induces brain damage. BadBIOS (hardware backdoors) captures everything in their computers and phones and can sabotage any computation, delete files or insert files.

Evidence of this can't be given by others because the operatives sabotage any attempts (see what happened to John McAfee), but one can investigate independently. Big groups like Microsoft who can deploy vast telemetry have a better shot. One of the reasons that Microsoft decided to push Windows 11 is because their telemetry has shown recurrent anomalies happening on older devices. But even Microsoft is gated by the Department of Defense refusing full collaboration. While Microsoft says Windows 11 and modern CPUs will give "security" to regular consumers at the same level used by the US military, the DoD refusal to let the public know why they are pushing for the physical removal of Chinese carrier network equipment indicates that, while they intent to secure their citizens from other countries, they don't intent to secure the citizens from the DoD itself.

NATO's push to add Cognitive Warfare as another domain of combat may mean that the truth about these weapons will surfaces as they move from the testing phase on guinea pig civilians to full blow deterrence inducing weapons like nuclear bombs. Countries like Chile have already proposed legislation about neural-rights, but the media has failed to pick up that their own neurons are under assault now, so public debate has been lacking. Maybe not for long, given how the pace of people who oppose the use of these weapons has been picking up.

No, suposed to be a Faraday Cage. Jokes apart, reading thoughts is currently possible, but only connected directly with a device, similar to an EEG, at a PC and only quotient thoughts in the area of speech. This is used for example for paralyzed people, to allow them to write with thought i8n a PC or to handle some device.

Since this must be calibrated individually, so that the computer can interpret the brain waves correctly, in addition to a previous training of the connected person, it is not possible to apply it to a global system and even less at a distance, which is absolute nonsense.

While the underlying concept is good, the typical foil helmet fails in design and execution. An effective Faraday cage fully encloses whatever it's shielding, but a helmet that doesn't fully cover the head doesn't fully protect it.

In 2005, a group of MIT students, prodded by "a desire to play with some expensive equipment," tested the effectiveness of foil helmets at blocking various radio frequencies.

The helmets shielded their wearers from radio waves over most of the tested spectrum (YouTube user Mrfixitrick likewise demonstrates the blocking power of his foil toque against his wireless modem) but, surprisingly, amplified certain frequencies: those in the 2.6 Ghz ( allocated for mobile communications and broadcast satellites) and 1.2 Ghz (allocated for aeronautical radionavigation and space-to-Earth and space-to-space satellites) bands.

2.6 Ghz and 1.2 Ghz frequencies have a wavelength and half-wavelength of ~10cm respectively: that's about the size of a head. The EM waves probably gets amplified in the same way as the phenomenon that turns grapes in the microwave into plasma.

Remote neural monitoring is a red herring when talking about mass mind control, IMO, diverting attention and resistance from real issues, like psychographics as used by facebook.

Or that any supermarket practices when placing items strategically. But psychological tricks and profiling of users on Facebook, based on their personal data and their contributions, the result of tracking them on the web to see which pages they visit. It has to do with manipulation, using the data obtained, but nothing with mental control. It is simply the result that someone who watches all your steps on the web gets, in the end they know more about you than yourself.

Is that really a meaningful distinction when the mental manipulation is powerful enough to incite genocides?

'You are detained, you have the right to remain silent, since everything you THINK can be used against you'

I'd view police tracking people's social media as fairly close to that. I'm not sure we give facebook enough credit for what they manage to do in that regard.

True, mass manipulation is used since centuries. Best example are religions and it's use, but I don't know if it is the same as the theme in this threat. Manipulation with psycologic tricks and/or lies and interested misinformation in the massmedia can manipulate public opinions, but this has nothing to do with mental control or mentalreading by some radiations.

PS. Facebook is the devil but Reddit is worse. Reddit sell user data to Google (Alphabet.inc, and NEST) and worse, to TowerData, which use, among others, keylogging, to get the identity (real name, mail, house) of the users, and apart sell the data obtained to Facebook. Reddit include a ring of real spyware. Because of this, I prefer Raddle and Lemmy. Reddit only with VPN, all protections, closed webcam, latex gloves and mask

List of tracking services conected and interconected in Reddit

Alphabet.inc

and

Nest are advertising companies from Google which use several tracking systems

Google

TowerData.com>keylogger>Alphabet.Inc>Facebook>Linkedin>Microsoft

rlcdn.com Unknown, no acces to the web

Linkedin>Adobe>Alphabet.inc>ComScore>Facebook>Microsoft

Microsoft Audience Network>Adobe>Lotame>MediaMath>Quantcast>Verizone>Zeta Global>TowerData

Facebook Blocks analysis, but it use known tracking tecnics (pixel tracking, WebRTC, Header.....), apart from the data it recieved from the "Partners".

Google analytics

From thereare to others which nobody knows. That is, half of all companies in the web knows you, when you enter in Reddit.

I can well imagine that in the future two policemen come to arrest you and plug some wires into your head, saying 'You are detained, you have the right to remain silent, since everything you THINK can be used against you'

I think the first two are a little nonsensical. But bad bios is almost certainly Tru or close to reality.

My issue with Havana syndrome is that if it was a thing I don't really care. Like governments can just kill whoever they want openly. Stuff like the devices which cause Havana syndrome are a complete waste of time as governments can just send some cops to hit citizens over the head with a baton if they want to induce brain damage.
