Psychedelics, a storm-pounded seashore, a mountain wilderness, or maybe just a few days completely alone. Let the chips fall where they may, and allow the cultural layer of social conditioning to wither away for a few hours. There's lots to be learned when you stop listening to talking heads, and turn the ears inwards instead.

Are the psychedelics necessary? I have no experience with them. It probably proves your point but I've been indoctrinated to fear them. I wouldn't even know where to find them.

Hahah no not at all, It's just been a massive lifechanger for me. It's helped me realign my perceptions into something healthier, clearer and more natural, and besides, i enjoy the experience a whole lot, when done safely (both the difficult and more enjoyable trips).

If done in a good environment, and for your first few times, with someone you can trust (optimally, someone who's been through the psychedelic experience before), there's really nothing to fear in my humble opinion and experience.

When it comes to sourcing, the safest and easiest is to find a trustworthy deep web vendor, or when it comes to mushrooms, growing them yourself (which is awesome just in itself!).
