It's interesting because there is no mention of sex workers in the sex strike?

The rhetoric/narrative seems to additionally presume that all women are cis, heterosexual, and are in the same dating/sexual relationship pool as the people who oppose reproductive rights, who are similarly cast as entirely male, heterosexual, cis. It also casts sex as a passive activity that women want less than men do, which is infuriatingly misogynist.

I wouldn't trust any of these people defending this idea publicly

I wouldn't trust them for anything to be honest. Liberal narrative always go around their narrow and normative vision of the world. and left marginalized groups out of the conversation.

It doesn't really apply here as the blame for abortion is placed on women having sex. women not having sex means that their plan is working: no sex unless its for making babies.

It apply here because it is about autonomy of their bodies.. The rationale of the anti-abortion is irrelevant. Men need to shut the fuck up, it's up to women to decide about their own bodies.

I just don't think that it will get that outcome. I don't think a sex strike is going to convince anti-choice men (or women because there are women anti-choicers)

It's not about convincing anyone but forcing a legislature change.

I don't have an opinion on the sex strike really, but hate when men give their unsolicited opinion on what women should do. People have different ways to achieve their goals and it's on them to decide what is best. Men should decide on women, cis shouldn't decide on trans people, white people shouldn't decide on black people, and the west shouldn't decide on the rest of the world. If you can't understand this you are part of the problem.

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic. Everything I've heard of it so far has been "political lesbians" LARPing Lysistrata and ignoring the actual factors that lead to men trying to control our bodies in the first place.

Ignoring the actual factors that lead to men trying to control our bodies in the first place.

We should push the conversation toward the acknowledgement of that. Although it is an issue with the movement and not of the method of protest itself.
