This is a small interview that man did recently about the 'Davos speech'. One argument he makes (which I haven't heard before, and I think is quite good) is in response to the ideas "Higher taxation is a disincentive against ingenuity/creativity and hard work/whatever" or "High taxes stifle economic growth", to which Rutger said,
It absolutely does, but the people who do that aren't bosses. The people who do the work that grows the economy are the lower classes. Rich people don't do anything worthwhile, so taxing them won't affect anything worthwhile.
