Very unlikely. Raises are only for politicians and their friends/family in China or any (Communist/Socialist system). example Russia and North Korea.

How those countries are Communist/Socialist if workers don't control the means of production and instead this are in the hands of a dominant class that steals the product of their labor? That's sound pretty much like capitalism to me, don't you think?
