Anyone have a good radical workout playlist?

Submitted by AnarchusPrime in Music

I'm finally starting to try to get into shape and I was curious if anyone has a good playlist for working out with preferably mostly radical songs. I'll of course be working on my own but just wondering if anyone out there already has one.

selver wrote from Dead Prez did a couple of workout albums.

For political workout music I'd usually go with Choking Victim, Leftover Crack, SFH, Rebel Diaz, the Coup.

Not Dead Prez per se but I'd recommend PGM vol 33: Revolutionary Culture Book 2 Hosted by jah Dan Blakkamoore, M1 of Dead Prez & Konshens if you're into modern dancehall. It's gotten me pretty pumped the couple times I ran to it.

After the election last year, I spent some time running to Fifteen albums. Dunno how workout-y that may be for you but it worked for me. "Lucky" has some good energy. Hardcore albums work too. Some that I ran to pretty frequently that are politically minded:

Endeavor - Constructive Semantics

The Suicide File - Twilight

Kill The Man Who Questions - Sugar Industry
