I think one of the important things for me is undoing the sense that I have to be doing something in every moment. It just leaves me permanently exhausted. So maybe if I can schedule my life a bit better and not feel like every moment I'm not doing things people around me are dying I might actually get more done. ha

Yeah I've been working on finding ways to mitigate the burnout; hoping to have a grip on it in the next month or so.
