Haha. Ok good morning to all you gorgeous Punks and Punkettes! To start... I'm a little late posting as I got these about a month-ish ago and I can't guess the Gauss unfortunately but can tell you it's impressive with it's pull and rivals my larger detachers. Check out this little strong af magnet I've named Liftalicious. Proof that a tiny tool and get you taken care of. This doesn't apply to everything guys so I wouldn't rush to stop perfecting your technique(s). Apparently my mind is in the gutter today >.>

I found a few of these little hidden gems at ..... WM, go figure. They were hanging right there with the fashion type key chains in automotive (not the ones found on counter with register but nearby on an endcap) and I couldn't believe it. Xmas came early this year. Anway, I found a cpl few more at at other stores in the area so get ur lift on for these while you can. I have not seen these restocked in the almost month-ish I've has them which is odd maybe but I'm sure it's due to a mismatch in inventory.

These really are the EASIEST to swipe and they more than pay off the initial $0 investment, lol. I would imagine auto stores have them too considering the market they advertise, key hiding magnet that it is...for sure. Wishing you luck, let me know how it goes! X

Can anyone explain what this is to me? It just looks like a decent magnet, which I'm thinking might be able to open some S3 cases possibly? I'm not exactly sure since I'd use it as its intended purpose unless I knew that it would work as an S3 magnet then all bets are off.

No it won’t open any spider/ box cases. You need s3 for that, just grab one on aliexpress. Or YouTube how to make one with neodymium magnets. This is for some certain tags.

I knew it wouldn't open an S3 tag by itself, but I was thinking a few of them could if you aligned them right. I do understand now that it will open some tags, particularly with clothing items though. That's the part I was missing because I had never seen/heard of this item before.

Ok so the day came where I went from 4 or so down to 0 so I went in search of more just to find out whale fart clearanced them out. Luckily I found them again so if anyone is interested......you'll have to get creative not pay because they're available online at MagnetPAL.com and Amazon.com and run about $13 for 1 or the holiday special is 2 for $20 so thats a no brainer. I like to have many of these as they are tricky and escape easily attaching to anything is can get. Total shit to put on your keys also. Nrthrn Tool now shows they carry them online to order and pick up in store I think. Hard to believe such a simple yet unique little magnet like this is exclusively made/available by one company but there you are if you guys want one.

If anyone else has one, what is the material wrapped around it? It feels thick like rubber but is also I think helping to form the flux forcing all the strength out of only the exposed bottom....

I keep my S3, hook, and this (easily replaces a golf magnet on many things) for minimal carry and even then not all are needed in every store. : )
