only smaller stores would do this, due to lack of an LP budget. I feel like they are getting pushed out of business in many places especially since coronavirus further destroyed retail that isn't huge and corporate.

Yeah, I thought as much. I had thought of an idea of buying a copy and then printing out a fake cover (with the right type of paper) and putting it in a blank blu ray case and wrapping it back in cellphone and giving it back with a receipt. Sounds a bit far fetched lol... could work possibly....?

If you get the right kind of printer, you can print right onto CDs and DVDs. So you could avoid dealing with the cellophane for example, or just have a higher degree of deniability.
